When you ask us to carry out total demolition followed by the construction of a brand new home we agree to do the following:

We will agree the cost with you, this will include all of the works we agree between us. We can design your perfect, new, replacement home. We will build it, and provide the Professional Consultant Certificate, which is a 6yr Warranty; these satisfy most Mortgage lenders that the work is up to standard. Where the mundic presence is excessive, this option may provide the perfect opportunity to create a superb new home.

Our demolish and build new works are carried out in accordance with the applicable Building Regulations and Planning Permission approvals. We do the paper-work for you, and keep you informed all the way.
